Is the price or the tax different outside Delhi?
India RFID Store lists prices in rupees, exclusive of GST unless stated, and online-order shipping is charged by weight, not by destination (delivery). Tags, labels, cards and wristbands, and bulk or custom orders, are priced in the quotation.
The tax head changes. Where goods move, the place of supply is where the movement ends (IGST Act s.10(1)(a)), and a supply whose supplier and place of supply are in different States is inter-State (s.7(1)). So a consignment from Delhi to Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu or Telangana is invoiced with IGST instead of CGST plus SGST; CBIC’s IGST e-flier says the IGST rate would broadly equal CGST plus SGST.
