RFID Manufacturer and Exporter

Identium Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is an RFID manufacturer and exporter. We design, build and test RFID hardware at our own factory in East of Kailash, New Delhi, India, and supply importers, distributors, system integrators and end users outside India. If you are looking for an RFID supplier for export, or an OEM RFID manufacturer willing to build to your specification rather than ship a fixed catalogue, this page sets out what we make, what is genuinely customisable, and how an export enquiry runs.

What we manufacture

Product lineBuilt in-houseTypical uses
UHF RFID readersFixed (Impinj R2000, up to 33 dBm), Android handheld, desktop, integrated and gate readers (HLR200)Warehouse portals, gates, retail, libraries
UHF RFID tags and labelsHard tags and labels in ABS, PC, nylon, TPU, PPS, silicone and PCB; on-metal EPC Gen2, tamper-evident windshield, washable laundry, jewellery and library tagsAssets, tools, vehicles, textiles, returnable packaging
RFID cardsLF (TK4100/EM4200), HF (Mifare S50/S70, DESFire, F08) and UHF, in PVC or PETGAccess control, ID, transit, loyalty
RFID wristbandsSilicone, PVC, Tyvek and fabric bands, with an in-house design teamEvents, festivals, hospitals, resorts
RFID antennasUHF antennas built and assembled in-house, circular or linear polarisedDock doors, gates, conveyors, toll and parking lanes

Every reader ships with an SDK, demo app and source code — useful if you are an integrator building your own front end. Wet and dry inlays are converted in-house into paper-faced printer labels, hard tags are ultrasonically sealed and epoxy-potted on site, and every unit is tested here before dispatch.

Custom and OEM-style manufacturing

We are a manufacturer, not a trading house, so a custom run is a normal order. What is genuinely customisable:

  • Form factor and dimensions — tag bodies designed around your mounting point, asset or enclosure.
  • Material — ABS, PC, nylon, TPU, PPS, silicone and PCB, chosen for temperature, chemicals, impact or wash cycles.
  • Printing, laser marking and engraving — sequential numbering, barcodes, QR codes, logos and your own artwork.
  • Encoding — EPC and user memory pre-encoded to your numbering scheme, so tags arrive commissioned.
  • Attachment method — adhesive, rivet, cable tie or epoxy, specified per application.

Custom hard tags typically turn around in 5-10 days from confirmed artwork and specification. Wristbands move faster: roughly two days for 2,500 PVC or Tyvek bands, with capacity around 15,000 units a week. For how private-label and ODM arrangements usually work in this industry, see our guide to OEM, ODM and private-label RFID.

Working with us on an export order

The process:

  1. Send the specification, the destination market and the quantity. Even a rough spec — surface, read range, environment, size limit — is enough to start.
  2. We confirm the region configuration and quote. Frequency, chip, material and finish are settled before pricing, because all four move the number.
  3. Samples. Test them on your actual assets, in your actual environment, before committing to volume.
  4. Production. Artwork and encoding are signed off, then the run is scheduled.

On quantities we work in broad tiers rather than one published MOQ:

TierWhat it is for
Sample lotA handful of pieces to validate read performance and fit
Around 1,000First real volume tier, where per-piece cost typically improves
10,000 and aboveWhere a dedicated custom tool or artwork run typically pays for itself

We do not publish firm prices — chip, material, encoding and quantity move them substantially. Tell us the tier you expect to buy at. For general background on how importing from India usually works, see our guide to MOQ, lead times and shipping terms; the commercial terms for your own order are agreed in writing, per order, rather than published here.

Frequency and your destination market

UHF RFID is not one global band. As of 2026, the two best-established allocations are roughly 902-928 MHz in the United States under FCC rules and 865-868 MHz across Europe under ETSI rules; India’s licence-exempt band is 865-867 MHz. Other markets generally sit somewhere in the 860-960 MHz range — parts of Asia-Pacific are reported to use allocations around 920-925 MHz, for example — but national rules vary and are revised from time to time, so verify the permitted band and power limits for your country with your national regulator before ordering. Our RFID frequency by country guide covers the landscape in more detail. Hardware tuned for one region typically underperforms in another, which is why we ask for the destination country before quoting.

Our own position, stated plainly: Identium is BIS certified, and our UHF readers and antennas are WPC-approved for India’s 865-867 MHz band. We do not hold, and do not claim, CE, FCC, RoHS or ISO 9001 certification, and we will not describe our hardware as approved for any other market’s band. Export documentation and any compliance testing or approval your market requires are discussed per order; customs classification, duties and local regulatory clearance remain yours to confirm, and this page is general information rather than legal or regulatory advice. Please confirm your own import requirements with us in writing before production. We would rather lose an enquiry than overstate a certificate.

Why source from an Indian manufacturer

What buying directly from our factory gives you:

  • In-house R&D, with 10+ years of RFID design experience, so engineering questions reach the people who designed the product.
  • Every unit tested before dispatch, in our own facility.
  • Direct factory contact — you talk to the manufacturer, not intermediaries.
  • Custom runs at moderate quantities, not only at very large volumes.
  • An English-speaking engineering and sales team, in working hours that overlap both European and Asia-Pacific business days.
  • D-U-N-S Number 738667327, plus GSTIN and CIN, for your own supplier due diligence.

Frequently asked questions

Do you export RFID products outside India?

Yes. Identium Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd manufactures in New Delhi and sells both within India and to overseas buyers — importers, distributors, system integrators and end users. Enquiries are handled directly by our own sales and engineering team in English, and we ask for the destination market at the first email so that frequency configuration and any documentation questions are settled before we quote.

What is your minimum order quantity for an export order?

We work in broad tiers rather than one fixed MOQ. A sample lot is a handful of pieces so you can validate read performance on your own assets. Around 1,000 pieces is usually the first real volume tier, where per-piece cost starts to improve. At 10,000 and above, a dedicated custom tool or artwork run typically starts to pay for itself. Tell us the tier you expect to buy at and we will quote against it — we do not publish firm prices, because chip, material, encoding and quantity move them substantially, and commercial terms are agreed in writing per order.

Can you manufacture to our own design and print our artwork?

Yes. Custom manufacturing is routine for us rather than an exception. We can build a tag body to your form factor and dimensions, choose the material (ABS, PC, nylon, TPU, PPS, silicone, PCB) for your environment, apply your artwork by printing or laser marking and engraving, pre-encode EPC and user memory to your numbering scheme, and specify the attachment method — adhesive, rivet, cable tie or epoxy. We have an in-house design team, and custom hard tags typically turn around in 5-10 days from confirmed artwork and specification.

Which UHF frequency will you supply for my country?

That depends on your destination market, which is why we ask for the country before quoting. As of 2026 the best-established UHF allocations are roughly 902-928 MHz in the United States under FCC rules and 865-868 MHz across Europe under ETSI rules, while India's licence-exempt band is 865-867 MHz. Other markets generally sit somewhere in the 860-960 MHz range, with parts of Asia-Pacific reported to use allocations around 920-925 MHz, but national rules vary and change — please verify the permitted band and power limits with your national regulator before ordering. Our own verified regulatory approval is for India's 865-867 MHz band: Identium is BIS certified and our UHF readers and antennas are WPC-approved for that band. Send us the destination country and we will confirm in writing what we can supply and configure for it.

How can we verify Identium as a supplier before ordering?

We publish the identifiers you need for due diligence: D-U-N-S Number 738667327 (Dun & Bradstreet), CIN U72900DL2018PTC329648 (India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs register) and GSTIN 07AAGCI6275E1ZH. The company has been operating since 2010 and was incorporated in 2018, with the registered office and factory at East of Kailash, Sant Nagar, New Delhi 110065. On certification we are deliberately plain: we hold BIS certification and WPC approval for UHF readers and antennas on India's 865-867 MHz band, and we do not hold or claim CE, FCC, RoHS or ISO 9001 marks. Export documentation and any compliance testing your market requires are discussed per order, and customs classification, duties and local regulatory clearance remain yours to confirm.
