We manufacture RFID Laundry tags in LF,HF and UHF frequencies
Our Laundry tags are durable and are designed to sustain for over 250+ Wash Cycles.
Choosing a Washable Laundry Tag Built for Industrial Wash Cycles
Selecting the right tag comes down to how the linen is processed, not just the frequency. Continuous batch washers, high-pressure ironing (calendering) and perchloroethylene dry-cleaning subject a tag to heat, mechanical agitation and harsh chemistry that ordinary labels cannot survive. As a washable RFID laundry tag manufacturer in India, Identium builds tags in flexible silicone and TPU for sewing or heat-sealing into hems, and in rigid PPS for garments that pass through hot ironing rollers. Encapsulation is what earns the durability of a rugged RFID tag: ultrasonic sealing and epoxy potting keep moisture off the chip and antenna across hundreds of cycles.
For uniform rental, hotel linen and housekeeping and hospital laundry, UHF tags let a reader count a full trolley in seconds, while HF or LF suit item-level checkout where garments are read one at a time — the trade-offs are covered in our guide to UHF, HF and NFC RFID and RFID frequencies. Tags can ship pre-encoded with a unique EPC, and every unit is tested in-house on the WPC-approved 865-867 MHz band. Share your wash temperature, chemistry and daily volume, and we will recommend a construction to suit — then pair it with our RFID laundry management solutions for the reader and software layer.
