How it works
Each pallet carries a UHF pallet tag such as our IDentium Pallet TRAK, a high-read-range adhesive tag for pallets and plastic bins, with a special-adhesive variant for metal surfaces. Fixed readers at dock doors and transfer points capture pallets in motion, verify dispatches against the order, and update stock the moment goods move. Handheld readers cover cycle counts and searches in the racking.

Our fixed readers run the Impinj R2000 chipset at up to 33 dBm and pair with 9-12 dBi circular antennas tuned to the delicensed 865-867 MHz band, capturing pallets cleanly as they cross a dock door. For steel cages and metal bins, choose on-metal tags rather than standard labels.
