The RFID card is the workhorse credential of every office, campus and factory in India — it opens doors, marks attendance and proves identity, all from a tap or a wave. But “RFID card” covers three quite different technologies, and picking the wrong one means either a card that does not read far enough or one that reads too far for comfort. Here is how to choose.

UHF cards read from a distance, which is ideal when you want a badge in a pocket to open a turnstile as someone approaches, or to identify a car at a boom barrier. HF and NFC cards read only at a tap — a feature, not a limitation, because it makes every access event deliberate and hard to skim, and pairs with the heavier on-card cryptography that secure-access chips offer. Material and printing
We manufacture RFID cards in durable PVC and PETG, in UHF, HF and LF, fully customisable — edge-to-edge printing, photo ID, signature panels, barcodes and serial numbering. For employee passes that double as visual ID, the artwork matters as much as the chip, and both are produced in-house.
The readers that complete the system
A card is only useful against a reader. Tap-based access and attendance points use HF/NFC desk and wall readers; longer-range or vehicle scenarios use UHF readers at the door or gate. We supply both, tuned for India’s 865–867 MHz UHF band and WPC-approved.
From a card to a managed system
The card and reader capture the event; software turns it into access decisions and records. Our access control and biometrics platform governs who opens which door (and can pair a card with a fingerprint or face for high-security zones); time and attendance turns the same taps into accurate, tamper-resistant attendance; and employee tracking software adds location and movement reporting across a campus.
